Go-to-Market

1. Who we serve first

Primary audience: parents and caregivers of children and other dependents with possible or diagnosed ASD or ADHD. This includes families noticing early signs before diagnostic age, families waiting for a formal evaluation, and families coordinating established care across providers, schools, and trusted caregivers. Initial research will identify which stage has the greatest unmet coordination need and willingness to pay.

2. Pricing hypothesis

  • Free tier: one child, up to 10 documents, no shared access. Enough to prove value.
  • Family plan · $19/mo or $180/yr: up to 3 children, unlimited documents, shared caregiver access, audit log.
  • Care-team plan · $39/mo: adds time-limited provider viewer links and prep-packet exports.

To validate before launch: 20 parent interviews with concrete willingness-to-pay questions.

3. Acquisition channels

  • Parent communities on Reddit, Facebook, and specialized forums (organic content + AMAs).
  • Advocacy-org partnerships (see below).
  • Pediatric neurodevelopmental clinics — physical handouts + referral codes.
  • Content SEO around specific pain points: "how to prepare for an IEP meeting", "questions to ask at ADHD med check".

4. Partnership candidates

  • CHADD (Children and Adults with ADHD)
  • Autism Society of America
  • Understood.org
  • Regional parent training and information (PTI) centers

These are candidates to approach for content collaboration, expert review of copy, and referral. Not yet contacted.

5. Trust building

  • Publish the compliance plan (this docs section) publicly at launch.
  • Named clinical + legal advisors on the site.
  • Transparent AI insight format (Conclusion / Why / Next step) as a differentiating promise.

6. Phased launch

  1. Phase 1 (now): planning documents, advisor recruitment, 20 parent interviews.
  2. Phase 2: clickable wireframes tested with 10 families.
  3. Phase 3: closed beta with synthetic data, invite-only, ~50 families.
  4. Phase 4: HIPAA readiness complete — public beta with real PHI.
  5. Phase 5: paid tiers on, partnership launches.

7. Success metrics

  • Time from signup to first uploaded document under 5 minutes.
  • ≥60% of families upload a second document within 7 days.
  • ≥40% of insights marked "helpful" by parents.
  • ≤2% of insights flagged for review.
